Our story

We Know What It Feels Like to Walk Away

This ministry was not born in a seminary. It was born in the middle of a long walk away from God — and the slow, grace-filled journey back.

For years, I called myself a Christian while living like God didn't exist. I knew the right words, I knew the right answers — and I used that knowledge to keep everyone, including myself, from seeing how far I had drifted.

The turning point wasn't dramatic. It was quiet. It was a moment of sitting alone, exhausted from pretending, and finally saying out loud: I don't know if I believe any of this anymore. And somehow, that honesty was the beginning of coming back.

What I found on the way back was not a God who was angry that I had left. I found a God who had been waiting — patiently, persistently, without condition. The parable of the prodigal son stopped being a story and became my story.

Walking Back to Christ exists because I know I am not the only one. There are people sitting in the middle of their own long walk away, wondering if it is too late, wondering if they have gone too far. This ministry is for them. For you.

"Come near to God and he will come near to you."

James 4:8

Our Mission

To reach people who have walked away from faith and help them find their way back — without judgment, without performance, and without pretending the journey is easy. We believe in the God who runs toward the returning, and we want to be part of that story.

Honesty over performance

We don't pretend faith is easy. We talk about doubt, struggle, and the long road back — because that is what is real.

Grace without conditions

There is no version of your story that puts you beyond the reach of God's love. We believe that, and we want you to believe it too.

Walking alongside

We are not here to lecture. We are here to walk with you — wherever you are on the journey.
